Pizza Hut decided it was finally time to "try" and compete with Domino's digital-ordering monolith. Setting their goal-marker at increasing digital ordering by 33% over the course of a year, they wanted a campaign concept that could do so. So — we suggested they tap into the multitude of viral pizza conversations that were already happening online. How? By amending their existing "HutLovers" online rewards program from a program that talked at our consumers to one that talked with them. So we dropped the "er" and presented the "#HutLove" rewards program. The first ever digital pizza rewards program that gives you pizza for doing something you are already doing - posting about pizza.
